THINGS TO KNOW
STEP 1- BOOKING
Complete the "Book Now' form with details on the date, # of guests, and location. This will allow us to respond with availability.
STEP 2 - CONFIRMATION
Upon review of your inquiry we will we will check for availability and reply with date and time confirmation and request a deposit to secure your event.
STEP 3- PICNIC TIME
Your picnic is set and we will take care of all the rest so that you and your guests can enjoy a memorable event!
How do I pay?
We currently accept Venmo, Paypal and Apple Pay. Please be advised that bookings will not be confirmed or secured without a deposit. Failure to pay an invoice may result in cancellation of a booking and loss of deposit.
Glass is not permitted on the beach. This includes wine/beer bottles, food containers and other decorative items. It can result in a large fine so please be aware. You can transfer items into plastic wine carafe's ahead of time.
Any events in Walton County with artificial lighting must have a special event permit. No floating lanterns or fireworks are allowed per the state of Florida. Please help keep our beaches beautiful and leave no trace during your event. No pets are allowed at beach locations, this could also result in a large fine.
Alcohol is allowed, however we do not personally provide. You are more than welcome to bring it with you to enjoy at your event.
SET UP & BREAK DOWN
We will do ALL the work for you so you can show up and enjoy your event hassle free. We will typically arrive 1-2 hours prior to your scheduled time and ensure everything is prepared for your special occasion. We will leave once your event begins and return once your reservation ends.
If you desire to leave earlier than the arranged time please provide us with a 20 minute notice via text/call. Picnic items cannot be left unattended and you are responsible for all items until we have arrived. If you leave early without communicating and picnic items are damaged or stolen you will be charged in full for all items.
All beach locations are public and we cannot guarantee exact placement of your event. Set ups are first come, first serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate your request and in the rare occasion that a location change is needed we will notify you with the alternate access.
TURTLE NESTING SEASON
Turtle nests may pop up during the nesting season which is May – October. Please know that if you have an event scheduled all of the artificial lighting (battery operated candles and battery operated string lights) must be turned off by 9pm.
